At Pinakii Foundation, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our supporters, donors, and partners. As a nonprofit organization, all funds we receive are used to support our charitable initiatives in education, health, meditation, environmental awareness, and employment empowerment.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we can process refunds for donations or payments made through Pinakii.org.
All donations made to Pinakii Foundation are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or returned, except in rare cases of technical or processing errors (see Section 2).
2. Refund Eligibility
We may consider a refund under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Donation: You accidentally donated more than once.

Incorrect Amount: A clear typo or mistake in the donation amount.

Unauthorized Transaction: Your payment was made fraudulently or without your consent.

Technical Error: There was a failure or issue during the donation process on our website or payment gateway.
If any of the above applies, please email us at pinakiirtr@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date, along with:

Refunds will be Credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days upon verification and approval.
3. Event/Program Payments
In case of payments for events, workshops, or special programs organized by Pinakii:
Refunds are only provided if the event is canceled by Pinakii.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or voluntary cancellations by participants, unless otherwise stated on the event registration page.
If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact us in advance.
4. Third-Party Payment Processors
We use trusted third-party payment gateways (such as PhonePe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.) for all online transactions. These services may charge a nominal transaction fee, which is non-refundable, even if your refund is approved.
5. Changes to This Policy
Pinakii Foundation reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
